Terms and Conditions

  3. We reserve the right to investigate and ban users engaging in this type of behavior.

Bonus and Promotion Rules

  1. By claiming any bonus or promotion offered by us, you agree to abide by these T&Cs.

Limitation of Liability

SilverPlay cannot guarantee the performance or accuracy of all third-party links accessible from its services.If a claim arises due to non-performance, our liability (if applicable at all) shall be limited solely to provision or refund in the amount that has been lost when occurred according such limitations set out here.

Modification of Terms

  1. We reserve the right to modify these T&Cs and Platform rules without prior notice.
  2. Changes will become effective upon posting on our website.
